You will manage appointment schedules, handle calls, process referrals, collect payments, and obtain insurance authorizations while learning KPIs that drive clinic success and patient outcomes across 35+

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize patient appointment schedules.
• Manage all incoming phone calls and referrals.
• Process payments and collect time of service.
• Obtain insurance authorizations.
• Learn KPIs and benchmarks to improve patient outcomes.
