Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years front office experience in a physician practice or health care setting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of insurance filing and requirements; CPT-4/ICD-9/HCPCS familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guests in a warm, friendly manner in person or by phone.
• Register and schedule patients, check in/out, and manage paperwork.
• Collect co-pays and balances; balance cash and post transactions daily.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and providers to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
