Responsibilities

• Greets patients and manages sign-in process; informs wait times.
• Verifies patient information and eligibility; collects co-pays.
• Answers calls and schedules appointments.
• Maintains front office appearance and cleanliness.
• Directs patients to appropriate departments or billing when needed.
• Balances daily transactions and handles deposits as needed.
• Copies and forwards patient records upon request.
• Files charts and assists with basic office logistics.
