Elevate Audiology is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to own the front-office experience from first contact to checkout. You will keep the schedule moving, answer phones, and ensure records are accurate while making patients feel cared for at every step.

This role requires anticipating needs, solving day-to-day issues, and maintaining high standards without being asked twice in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional reliability with on-time attendance.

• Proficiency in office software; EMR experience a plus (training provided).
