Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software.
• High School Diploma.
• Business school or Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Insurance verifications & prior authorizations.
• Maintain patient records & manage patient charts.
• Extensive Customer Service utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
• Other duties as assigned or required.
