Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.

• Must maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk flow per clinic guidelines.
• Check-in patients and ensure efficient admitting process.
• Answer and route phone calls appropriately.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Collect copays and deductibles; verify and document insurance details.
• Scan/copy patient documents into the electronic medical record.
