Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to be the first face patients see in our Worcester clinics. You will welcome patients, register new and existing records, collect payments, and help ensure timely visits while supporting the clinical team.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts with flexible full-time scheduling, across multiple ConvenientMD locations within travel distance, and use our electronic medical records system. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proactive and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Technically savvy and comfortable with software systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; register new and existing patients and update records.
• Handle payments and insurance/Billing inquiries; collect co-pays as needed.
• Coordinate clinic scheduling and referrals; support smooth patient flow.
• Maintain front desk area and perform general administrative duties.
• Familiarize with CMD services and navigate electronic medical records systems.
