Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and verify registration and insurance.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phones and route messages.
• Collect payments and support billing.
• Assist with patient communications and MyChart support.
• Maintain patient records and support day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient experience.
