Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience in a medical office is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in medical/physician office or customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and compassionately.
• Check in patients, verify registration and insurance information.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments and manage inquiries.
• Answer phones and route messages to appropriate staff.
• Collect payments and support billing processes.
• Assist with patient communications and MyChart support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support daily office operations.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
