Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist for the Saint Charles location to serve as the welcoming face of the clinic. You will manage patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance information, collect co-pays, and support daily clinic operations.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills, with travel between nearby clinics as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30a–4:00p, 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and minimum auto coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service at every visit.
• Manage check-in/check-out, verify insurance and demographics.
• Collect co-pays and complete paperwork.
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling.
• Maintain a welcoming front office and waiting areas.
• Enter data accurately into the electronic health records (EHR).
• Travel to nearby clinic locations as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
