Mercy is searching for a Patient Service Representative to be the frontline contact for patients and visitors, handling front-desk operations and clinic workflows with a patient-centered approach.

You will explain patient financial responsibilities, assist with payment options, document conversations, and ensure privacy while delivering compassionate, accurate service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service and ability to handle inquiries with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage front-desk operations and workflows.

• Maintain patient privacy and follow privacy policies and procedures.
