Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and workflows to ensure a seamless patient experience.

You will communicate patient financial responsibility, explain payment options, request and collect payments, and accurately document financial conversations and outcomes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism on-site at Mercy facilities in the United States.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure, handling unexpected situations with professionalism and composure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
