Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the primary contact for patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and workflows to ensure a positive, seamless patient experience.

The role also supports the financial aspects of patient encounters by communicating financial responsibility, requesting and collecting payment, and explaining payment options and assistance resources, while accurately documenting conversations and outcomes.

Qualifications
