The role includes scheduling, coordinating with insurance providers, and handling payments at the point of service. A high school diploma and front desk experience are required, with healthcare exposure preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year front desk experience.
• Preferred health care experience.
• Preferred insurance verification & medical office experience.

Mansioni

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Coordinate with insurance providers, translation services, and interdisciplinary teams as needed.
• Collect co-pays, process payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
