Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of front desk experience is required.
• Healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person or by phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, market leaders, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
