Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year front desk experience.
• Minimum 1 year medical office experience.
• Health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about visits and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain communication with attorneys, insurers, translators, operational leaders, and business development teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
