Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a positive patient customer service experience.
• Answer inquiries from patients, visitors and employees and refer to appropriate department.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Maintain relationships and communication with other departments.
• Capture patient demographics, insurance information, and chart data accurately.
• Sign in visitors and notify the party to see.
• Follow up on telephone encounters/actions.
• Perform duties in other areas as necessary.
• Respond to supervisor/manager directions.
