Reliant Management is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet patients and visitors at the lab entrance and to answer questions with a professional, courteous demeanor. You will direct calls and assist colleagues while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate patient data handling.

In this role you will support multiple departments, coordinate with team members, and maintain an orderly front desk. Strong computer skills and excellent communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong PC skills including high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access).
• Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be detail oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Teamwork collaboration is essential to the organization and needs good cross-team interaction.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills and be flexible to meet customer demands and multitask.

Responsabilités

• Greeting patients and delivering a positive patient customer service experience.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, visitors and employees and refer to the appropriate person or department.
• Adhere to all policies, HIPAA regulations and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain working relationships and communication with other departments.
• Accurate capturing of patient demographics, insurance information in the patient chart.
• Sign in all visitors and notify the party to see.
• Prompt follow up of telephone encounters/actions.
• Performs duties in various areas of the practice as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
