Qualifications

• Prior medical receptionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the first and last point of contact for patients, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.
• Register patients, manage wait times, and keep the reception area welcoming.
• Provide friendly, professional service in person, on the phone, or via messaging.
• Gather and verify patient information, handle forms and payments, and prepare for next visits.
• Schedule appointments, maintain records, and support providers for a seamless patient experience.
