Qualifications

• Greet customers, patients, vendors and visitors to the facility.
• Register patients and ensure documentation is compliant with HIPAA and regulations.
• Answer patient questions and provide directions when necessary.
• Collect payments and print receipts; balance cash drawer.
• Verify patient eligibility and schedule appointments using office software.
• Fill in for other duties as assigned.
