Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, patients, vendors and visitors to the facility.
• Answer patient questions and provide directions when necessary.
• Register patients and ensure documentation is compliant with HIPAA and regulations.
• Collect payments and print receipts; count and balance cash drawer.
• Utilize medical office software to schedule appointments and verify eligibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
