Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk check-in and check-out.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments using scheduling software.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and process payments securely.
• Maintain EHR/EMR data accuracy and demographic/medical entries.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and assist with telehealth platforms and portals.
