Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and their next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation companies, market operations leaders, and the care team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance verifications.
