UAB Medicine’s Callahan Eye Center in Birmingham (AL) is seeking a front desk/clerical specialist to support clinic operations. Under supervision, you will check in patients, handle calls, and enter demographic and insurance information, ensuring accurate billing data and smooth patient flow.

The role requires customer service experience, basic math skills, and familiarity with PC applications; a high school diploma is preferred. Travel between locations may be required as needed.

Qualificações

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
• Must be able to perform basic math and bookkeeping.

Responsabilidades
