Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments either in person or over the phone.
• Maintain patient's files abiding by HIPAA regulations.
• Verify patient's insurance eligibility and benefits through insurance carriers.
• Create invoices to bill insurance accurately and timely.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients.
• Light cleaning, filing, and inventory management.
