Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office and Excel.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred, 1–2 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, insurance eligibility, and registration.
• Explain financial responsibilities and payment options to patients.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage scheduling workflows to optimize provider availability.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing and Clinical Ops to resolve issues.
