Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Patient Experience Coordinator to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance, delivering a seamless front-office experience.

You will verify demographics, insurance eligibility, assist with payments, and support scheduling while collaborating with PES, Billing and clinical teams to keep data accurate and compliant. Prior experience in healthcare admin and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience; healthcare admin preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a positive front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics, insurance eligibility and authorizations.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Coordinate scheduling workflows and collaborate with PES, Billing and clinical teams.
