You will work with clinical teams and PES to ensure accurate data and compliant processes, supporting revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1-2 years of healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes and financial clearance workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Excel expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional front-office experience by greeting patients warmly and resolving issues promptly.
• Complete patient intake/registration with demographic verification and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and digital tools.
• Collect time-of-service payments and meet collection targets.
• Manage clinic scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
