Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake/registration with insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Manage scheduling to optimize provider availability.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Use EMR systems and dashboards to track metrics.
• Coordinate communication of patient progress notes to referral sources.
• Support clinic engagement with patient milestone celebrations.
