Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests at registration desks and assists with check-in procedures.
• Verifies demographics and performs patient search to prevent duplicates.
• Ensures accurate verification of address and phone numbers and updates emergency contact information.
• Processes payments using appropriate codes and issues receipts; deposits batches daily.
• Schedules and cancels appointments following provider protocols; communicates wait times to patients.
• Maintains lobby cleanliness and monitors reading materials for appropriate content.
