You will support a positive patient experience, coordinate with care teams, and help meet billing and scheduling goals.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy medical office environment. Day shifts with weekend coverage are included.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Basic medical terminology and billing knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with EMR and clinical workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect demographic and insurance information.
• Verify eligibility and determine up-front collection amounts.
