Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming visitors professionally and cordially.
• Verify identity and capture required data for visits.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments; issue receipts.
• Handle cash drawer and balance deposits daily.
• Answer calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
