IVX Health is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming first point of contact at our infusion center in Orlando. You will support scheduling, patient intake, and insurance verification to ensure smooth visit experiences.

In this role, you will manage appointments, update records, and collaborate with clinical staff to maintain high-quality patient care. The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of front desk or administrative experience in a medical/healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of insurance verification, billing basics, and patient intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and handle phones with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with pre-visit requirements.
• Verify patient insurance, update demographics, and collect copays accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow with clinical teams to ensure smooth visits.
• Maintain an inviting front desk and reception area.
