Job summary

Ivy Health in Sewell, NJ is seeking a Patient Coordinator to welcome patients and support front office operations, including registration, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks to ensure a smooth clinic experience.

You will maintain patient records, manage appointments, and deliver excellent customer service to patients and families, contributing to high-quality care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.
• Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
