LifeStance Health is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist for our Peterborough, NH location. You will greet patients, check them in/out, and manage front desk operations with a focus on compassionate, HIPAA-compliant service.

The role includes scheduling, payments, insurance verifications, and supporting clinicians with basic administrative tasks. Starting pay is $22.00 per hour for full-time employment, with quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare operations or customer service helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk duties including greeting and checking in/out patients.
• Provide patient support via phone, email, or portal for scheduling and billing questions.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Assist clinicians with administrative tasks (letters, faxes).
• Coordinate schedules and ensure appointment accuracy with clinicians.
