Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in healthcare operations or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & EMRs.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• HIPAA awareness and privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients at front desk.
• Manage scheduling, patient portal questions, and payments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment and records.
