Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator in New Castle, DE. The role focuses on delivering personalized front-desk experiences during check-in/check-out and supporting office operations with a patient-first approach.

No optical experience is required; training will be provided. Some weekend and evening shifts are required, reporting to the Office General Manager as part of a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality vision care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties.
• Organized, can easily prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best in class service.
• Flexible, nimble mindset with ability to wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out process experience that is timely and positive.
• Verify insurance plans and educate patients on options at check in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments and assisting staff.
