Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a high-volume, patient-facing setting.
• Experience with patient intake, registration, and insurance eligibility.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
• Experience with collecting payments and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver an exceptional front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, registration, and verify demographics and eligibility.
• Educate patients on payments and digital tools; manage patient portal access.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate scheduling and notify teams of issues to ensure patient access.
