Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC) to ensure accurate patient intake and financial clearance while delivering a positive front-office experience. Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume front-desk setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook and Excel) and EMR/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient financial clearance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and deliver a seamless front-office experience.
• Complete patient intake, verify demographics and insurance eligibility.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and payment options.
• Collect time-of-service payments and support revenue cycle targets.
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize provider availability and patient access.
• Monitor KPIs for registration accuracy and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PES, Billing, and Clinical Operations on issues and improvements.
• Utilize EMR dashboards and reporting tools to monitor outcomes and data quality.
• Communicate patient progress notes to referral sources promptly.
• Organize patient milestones and community-building activities with the clinical team.
• Cross-train in front-office duties to support team flexibility.
