Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, or Russian (where necessary).
• US work authorization is required to work in the US.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests
• Check-in and assisting patients with forms
• Collecting co-pays, updating patient information in EMR
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in EMR
• Managing phone lines and outbound calls
• Managing faxes in electronic fax platform
• Maintain cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas
• May float to other centers in the region when needed
• Other duties as assigned
