Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in electronic records.
• Collecting co-pays and updating patient information.
• Managing phone lines and conducting outbound calls.

Skills

Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite

Professional phone etiquette

Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages
