You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle insurance verification, and maintain confidential PHI while delivering compassionate service and coordination with care teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with healthcare exposure encouraged.
• Ability to handle insurance verification and payments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors; direct them to the appropriate department.
• Review appointments; verify insurance eligibility in eCW; confirm copays and balances.
• Check-in/out; print and collect copayments; update contact details in system.
• Ensure timely visits; monitor schedules and reduce wait times.
• Document visits, coordinate follow-ups, and print necessary orders.
• Protect PHI; maintain confidentiality and secure workstations.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and support team goals.
• Assist with supplies and respond to patient inquiries with courtesy.
