PM Pediatric Care is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome families and manage front desk functions for the medical team. The role emphasizes organizational skills, multi-tasking, and adherence to PM Pediatric Care’s mission and values, supporting a first-class experience for patients and families.

The ideal candidate will greet families professionally, handle patient questions, support quality initiatives, and ensure accurate patient registration while maintaining HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

• Team player capable of functioning in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule, possibly travel to another site.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Professional, friendly demeanor and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Front Desk or hospitality experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer patient/family questions and provide instructions when needed.
• Access empathy and active listening in difficult situations.
• Support patient care quality initiatives as directed.
• Coordinate escalations for timely resolutions with site leadership.
• Register patients and maintain accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality of patient accounts.
• Open and close duties including organization, stocking, and sanitizing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
