You will lead a patient ambassador program, ensure food quality and service, and coach a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient-centered nutrition and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a hospitality or food service team.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to improve patient experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, across diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities and obtain Serve Safe certification if needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment and patient-focused service.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Conduct daily inspections, rounds, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate education for patients, families, and staff on nutritional needs.
• Manage and maintain the patient ambassador program for high-quality service.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve goals and improve patient satisfaction.
