You will communicate financial responsibility, collect payments, and explain available options and assistance resources while documenting conversations accurately. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a customer-service mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with patients, healthcare professionals, and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Empathetic, patient-focused, and able to handle inquiries with tact and diplomacy.
• Commitment to confidentiality and privacy policies; discretion essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations.
• Attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
• Ability to discuss patient financial responsibility, payment options, and resources professionally.
