Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first friendly face for patients and visitors, handling front-desk operations and coordinating workflows to ensure a smooth visit.

You will support financial conversations with patients, communicate payment options, collect payments when appropriate, document conversations accurately, and uphold privacy standards while delivering compassionate, professional service across Mercy’s care teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks such as data entry and word processing.
• Customer-focused with attention to accuracy and privacy.
• Willingness to complete clinic front desk training post-hire.
