The role requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• One year of work related to health care, administration, insurance, or customer service.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver equipment and supplies to patients and educate them on usage.
• Verify patient insurance benefits and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Process payments and collect amounts using electronic tools.
• Represent AdaptHealth professionally to patients and hospital staff.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and comply with PPE and safety procedures.
