Job summary

Paycom - ATS in McKinney, TX is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support patient engagement and recognition programs. You will act as a liaison among patients, families, and community partners, helping foster positive, exceptional experiences.

Part-time role (15–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling; duties include coordinating patient and employee events, handling administrative tasks, and promoting the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Patient Care Technician (PCT) experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients, families, employees and community partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
