Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support client engagement and continuity of care, coordinating non-clinical services throughout treatment stays. You will communicate updates, track progress, and ensure documentation is audit-ready across EMR and Salesforce platforms.

This exempt, full-time role partners with Clinical, Medical, Admissions, and Operations teams to maintain program adherence and client satisfaction while upholding HIPAA and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and families.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to support engagement and progress.
• Build rapport with clients using active listening while maintaining boundaries.
• Escalate clinical, safety, or behavioral concerns to licensed staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation in EMR and Salesforce systems.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Billing to support client financial documentation.
