Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year in health/medical-related work environment.
• 6+ months of in-person sales experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Flexibility to work from multiple locations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison between site staff and enrollment staff, improving scheduling and enrollment processes.
• Partner with enrollment leadership and physicians to identify and schedule eligible patients for priority studies.
• Coordinate with confirmation specialists to manage same-day patient flow and update trackers.
• Educate patients on the DM Ambassador program and enroll participants.
• Collaborate with site staff to retain or reschedule patients after a study.
• Ensure necessary medical history/documents are obtained and tracked.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by Patient Enrollment or site management.
